My Father's Murderers

Hit crime series!

The series opens when the protagonist, a young inspector in the Belgrade Police, Aleksandar Jankovic gets a serious case to work on despite his problematic behaviour: The murder of the only daughter of a dignified man whose company is constructing the largest business and residential building complex in the region

The investigation does go in that direction, but Aleksandar will not leave anything to chance and thoroughly analyses every segment of the life of the murdered girl. He is unaware of the danger he is exposing himself to, because someone is attempting to cover up the murder. Aleksandar is also tortured by his personal pain- the murder of his father, who was also a police inspector whose murderer was never found. When Aleksandar realises the two murders might be connected, solving the case of the girls' murder becomes his mission. He will not know who to trust, his boss or his fathers' best friend, the head of the chief policeman Marjanovic, his colleague Mirko, or the two women in his life, Marija the prosecuting attourney with whom he is in a relationship, or the young forensic scientist Jelena who is wining over his heart. While he is risking everything to find the truth he is not aware how painfull it actually can be.
